Requirements for the employee

Essentials:
- Basic understanding of SQL queries and database concepts.
- A knack for logical problem-solving.
- Good communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- An associate degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud concepts.
- Any programming experience, especially in Go or PowerShell.
